1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on librix.org, operated from Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
Librix provides laptops and accessories with open-source software pre-installed. While we aim for accuracy in product descriptions, minor differences may occur.
3. Prices & Taxes
All prices are shown in CHF, VAT included (if applicable). Import duties or additional taxes may apply if you order from outside Switzerland.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are binding once confirmed. Payments are processed securely via the options available at checkout.
5. Delivery
We ship within Switzerland and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on stock and supplier. Any customs duties outside Switzerland are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Returns
You may return unopened products within 14 days of receipt. For opened laptops, returns are accepted only in case of defect. Please contact us before sending anything back.
7. Warranty
Products come with the manufacturer’s warranty (minimum 2 years for laptops sold in Switzerland).
8. Liability
Librix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne
